Psilocybin & Iboga · Integration

Remember the medicine you already are.

Reverent, clinical preparation and integration for those called to plant-medicine work. The medicine is held in a vetted, ceremonial container. Your body holds the wisdom.

About the work

You hold the medicine.
I guide the path.

I’m Jemie — a holistic practitioner and integration guide trained in psilocybin and iboga work alongside Indigenous wisdom keepers. My role is not to fix you. My role is to remember with you, until your own body, mind, and spirit can do the remembering on their own.

For more than a decade I’ve sat at the intersection of holistic practice and ceremonial plant medicine. The 12 Pillars of Wellness — energy, sleep, nutrition, EMF, breath, inflammation, mind-body practice, a clean kitchen, stress, clean water and air, detox and parasite cleanse, and digestion — are the trellis we grow the work on. The medicine is 10 percent. The integration is 90 percent.

The work I offer
is the trellis
your healing climbs.

Six offerings, one through-line: your body’s own intelligence is the medicine. The work below is the scaffold that makes the remembering safe, grounded and lasting.

Six offerings, held with the same reverence

The Medicine

What we work with,
and the reverence we owe it.

These are not recreational substances. They are teachers held in lineage. The pages below describe how the work is held — and the safeguards that keep it safe.

The medicine of remembering

Psilocybin

A teacher that helps you see
what you've always known but agreed to forget.
01Origin

Found in over 200 species of fungi. Used ceremonially across Mazatec, Zapotec and global lineages for centuries.

02What it does

Temporarily quiets the default-mode network. The self relaxes its grip. The body, long-held grief and somatic intelligence can speak.

03How we work

Held in a screened, vetted ceremonial container. I guide the preparation before and the integration after — always.

04Indications

Treatment-resistant depression, trauma, end-of-life anxiety, spiritual stagnation, creative blocks, ancestral grief.

Your Path

How a journey
unfolds.

The medicine is a moment. The work is the year that surrounds it. This is the arc we move through, together, from your first inquiry to a life that holds its own gravity again.

Typical duration4 – 9 months
ModalityVirtual integration · in-person ceremony
Cohort size1:1 or council of ≤ 8
01

Inquiry & Resonance

A $99, 30-min discovery call. We feel into whether this work, and this guide, fit what's being asked of you right now.

02

Medical & Mental-Health Screening

Clinical intake, medication review, contraindications, and an honest assessment of readiness. Safety is non-negotiable.

03

Preparation

4 – 8 weeks of nervous-system priming, intention work, and the 12 Pillars of Wellness reset — sleep, nutrition, EMF, breath, digestion.

04

The Journey

Held at a vetted retreat partner in a screened, ceremonial container, with a trained medical monitor. Indigenous protocol observed. You are never alone.

05

Integration

12 – 26 weeks of weekly somatic + cognitive integration. The harvest, not the journey, is where transformation actually lives.

Stories of returning

The work, in the
words of those
who walked it.

Stories are shared privately, with consent, after integration. I do not solicit at the height of the journey, and I do not publish what was never meant for a marketing page.

The people I have walked with will tell you their own stories — in their own time, in their own words. On a discovery call, I will share what this work has asked of them, and what they carried home.

Consent before proof. Always.
Lineage acknowledgement

The medicines I work with belong to traditions older than this practice and any words I can write. I owe profound gratitude to the Mazatec, Bwiti, Shipibo, and Secoya wisdom keepers who trained me, and to the many unnamed elders whose lineages have safeguarded these teachers for generations. I work in reciprocity, not extraction.

Safety & screening

Every journey is preceded by a comprehensive medical and mental-health screening, a medication review, and an honest contraindication discussion. Iboga work additionally requires cardiac and hepatic clearance, and is held with a trained medical monitor on site. If the work is not safe, the work does not happen.

FAQ

The questions that
most people
are too polite to ask.

Bring more. The 30-minute discovery call exists specifically so you can ask the question you don’t see here.

I guide preparation and integration. I do not procure, provide, or administer any medicine. Every journey happens only in a setting where the medicine is legal or decriminalized, and the ceremony itself is held by vetted retreat and church partners — never by me. Where a sacrament is involved, it is held within a church container protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, offered by donation and never sold. Psilocybin journeys happen only where decriminalized or legal — Oregon, Colorado, and select international sites. Iboga is held only where legal (e.g. Mexico, Costa Rica, Gabon). Ketamine work is held with licensed clinicians where it is medically available. Decriminalization is not legalization, and I keep every part of this work in integrity with current law.

No. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and simply tired of feeling far from themselves. Suffering is not a prerequisite. Curiosity, willingness, and a stable nervous-system foundation are.

Pregnancy or breastfeeding, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, a personal or family history of or sensitivity to psychosis, severe blood-pressure or heart problems, a history of brain hemorrhage, and certain medication interactions (SSRIs require a careful taper plan) all warrant a "not now". I will tell you honestly during screening.

Often, yes. I work alongside people who are on medication, considering a taper, or in withdrawal recovery — stopping is never a requirement to begin. Always consult a holistic-minded provider before changing any medication regimen. Some medications, especially SSRIs, need a careful, supervised taper plan we map together during screening.

Preparation and integration happen virtually — weekly video sessions, somatic practice, journaling, nervous-system work. Ceremony itself is always in person, at a vetted retreat partner in a legal jurisdiction. The two halves do not work apart.

Discovery calls are $99 for 30 minutes. Preparation and integration packages are quoted on the call and scaled to the depth and length of the work. Where a sacrament is involved, it is offered by donation through the church — never billed by me. Ceremony costs at retreat partners are billed separately. A small number of equity spots are held every cohort — please ask.

Wonderful. Many of the people I work with never touch a plant. The 12 Pillars of Wellness are the same trellis — your sleep, your nutrition, your nervous system, your gut. Medicine is one tool, not the only one.
